Have you recently found yourself saying, ‘I am confused about something’? Maybe you often express uncertainty, stating, ‘I don’t know what I want to do next’ or ‘I don’t know what is the right thing to do.’ This inclination towards ‘I don’t know’ may be a subtle sign of compromising your overall wellbeing. Delving into the nuances of the Law of Attraction has heightened my awareness, making the vibration within my body clearer.
In this exploration, one certainty became evident: clarity resonates as high vibe, while confusion emanates a low vibe.
In the realm of clarity, we find ourselves exuding confidence, certainty, and a vibrant energy. On the contrary, the terrain of confusion leads to feelings of uncertainty, insecurity, and a noticeable de-energization.
Picture this: when you don’t know, your vibration becomes wobbly. If confusion takes hold, you might find yourself unintentionally leaking your precious life energy.
Interestingly, confusion is not a natural state of being, despite its normalization in society. The casual use of phrases like “I am confused” often serves as a polite way of signaling misalignment with tasks at hand or a misalignment with our genuine desires. This misalignment can also arise when our vision of the world differs from that of others.
Conversely, experiencing clarity is an inherent, natural state. It embodies the vitality and certainty that inherently feels good. This feel-good vibe of clarity extends to various aspects, including knowing what we want, having a clear vision of the way forward, and understanding who we are.
Clarity becomes the driving force that inspires and propels us along a path marked by low resistance. Reflect for a moment: confidence feels undeniably good, doesn’t it? Can you recall the last time you were absolutely confident about something? Perhaps that feeling is present in you at this very moment.
Similarly, the feeling of certainty is a powerful source of positivity. Knowing precisely your next step in life, even if it’s as seemingly simple as making a cup of tea before confronting a significant decision, can provide the clarity that steers your destiny. This clarity might even birth a new idea, flooding you with inspiration and energy.
Being in an energized state is a wishful and rewarding way to navigate through life.
Ultimately, clarity stands out as the grand prize you seek: a state of feeling clear, sure, and stable. This innate desire for clarity is a sentiment we might often underestimate in its true value.

- Clarity is pure alignment: It serves as the connection between our desires and what manifests in our reality. When we are clear about what we want, our thoughts, emotions, and actions align harmoniously, increasing the likelihood of bringing those desires into existence.
- Clarity is the unmistakable impulse guiding towards the right direction: It provides a distinct direction, like an intuitive guide pointing towards the path that resonates with our true desires. This impulse often arises when we have a clear understanding of our goals and aspirations.
- Clarity is trusting the path: It involves having confidence and faith in the journey, even when the details are not entirely clear. Trusting that the steps we take are leading us towards our desired destination, fostering a sense of assurance and peace.
- Clarity is standing firm, free from a wobbly foundation: It means avoiding uncertainty and indecision. When we are clear, we stand on stable ground, free from the shaky doubts that come with confusion. This firm footing allows us to move forward with confidence.
- Clarity is the momentum flowing without resistance: When we feel what we want but start questioning how we will get there, we introduce resistance. True clarity involves trusting the process without getting bogged down by the ‘hows,’ allowing momentum to build smoothly and effortlessly towards our goals.
Flowing into the Magical Realm of Clarity
Once you find yourself immersed in that free and enchanting realm of clarity, the sense of what to do next becomes effortlessly apparent.
Surely, you’ve experienced that harmonious alignment, the spontaneous impulse, and the unwavering momentum – we all have. Let’s delve into a few real-life examples that capture those moments.
Consider the feeling when everything falls into place, and decisions unfold seamlessly, guided by an innate sense of clarity. Whether it’s navigating a challenging project, choosing a career path, or even making simple yet impactful daily choices, these instances exemplify the momentum of clarity, unhindered by resistance.
Now, ponder on the flip side. How often do you permit yourself to dwell in the opposite realm? Picture the scenario: not knowing what step to take next, feeling overwhelmed by an abundance of choices, standing in a wobbling place with a lack of clarity, and grappling with doubts about yourself, your choices, and the universe.
It’s crucial to recognize these moments of confusion, where resistance thrives and the path forward remains obscured. Doubt and uncertainty become the unwelcome companions, hindering your journey towards alignment and clarity.
Let’s delve into the four discernible signs that herald the onset of confusion.
First Sign – ‘I don’t know’:
This sign surfaces when expressing your preferences, wants, or desires becomes a challenge. The uncertainty in your vibration about your desires can lead to the tempting indulgence in confusion.
Second Sign – ‘There is no one right answer’:
This dilemma arises when the belief in a single correct solution is clouded by uncertainty about which one it is. Personally, I used to succumb to confusion, questioning, “Oh my! I’m feeling so confused. What’s the right move? Should I go this way or that way? What’s the correct answer?” As I entertained one confused thought after another, I found myself building momentum toward uncertainty, eroding confidence.
In the present day, I consciously choose not to dwell in confusion. It doesn’t imply having a step-by-step plan from A to Z; instead, I have confidence that aligning with what feels right will guide me to the clarity I seek. I invite you to take a deliberate step away from the vibration of confusion.
Here’s a helpful tip: Are you making decisions with ease? When faced with a situation where you don’t quickly discern what you want or the right answer for you, refrain from pushing for clarity, thus avoiding resistance. Your preferred approach should be to make decisions with ease, confidence, and certainty about their rightness. Utilize two valuable tools for decision-making: ask yourself, “What do I want?” and feel your intuition respond. If the answer evokes feelings of goodness, confidence, inspiration, and excitement, it originates from the right place. Let decisions flow effortlessly, leaving you feeling positive, even in the toughest situations.
Third Sign – ‘Focusing on the specifics of what we want’:
Confusion creeps in when we fixate on the how, when, where, and other details and questions for which we lack answers. The key to clarity is steering away from the how and concentrating on the essence of the desire—the what and why—holds the key to clarity. Avoid specificity too quickly if it doesn’t flow.
Embrace the essence of what you want, and clarity will naturally unfold. Life will present specifics, and by staying general in areas of your life where clarity is sought, alignment in situations, conditions, people, and events will seamlessly occur.
Start by focusing on the essence of how you want to feel, allowing specific clarity to follow. This, indeed, is the art of tapping into clarity.
Fourth Sign – ‘Focusing on others’:
Directing attention to what others are doing, thinking, or expecting is a breeding ground for confusion. “The secret of the universe is really minding your own business.” This principle emphasizes avoiding excessive involvement in others’ desires and beliefs, as it can introduce confusion into your vibration, compromising your alignment.
Reflect on instances where you may have caused confusion by not minding your own business. It’s transformative! When you maintain focus on your path, you cleanse your vibration significantly. The diversion that arises from scrutinizing others’ actions can lead to a loss of alignment with your true desires. Hence, the practice of minding your own business when it comes to others’ actions, thoughts, and expectations becomes a gateway to genuine, personal clarity.
Naturally, clarity stands out as our preferred form of alignment. You have the power to transition from moments of confusion to clarity at any time you choose. If you’ve been accustomed to living in a state of confusion, consider this as a golden opportunity to cleanse and elevate your vibration.
Embrace the mantra: “I know what I want,” relishing in the alignment, stability, confidence, and flow that come with it. Be vigilant for the warning signs, for they can subtly emerge before you realize it. Awareness of these traps positions you to consciously navigate towards clarity.
Remember the traps:

- If you find yourself saying “I don’t know” when it comes to your wants and preferences, that’s a trap. Don’t indulge in “I don’t know”; tap into your intuition, your knowing. Assume you have the answer within you.
- If you find yourself thinking there is no one answer, only one right choice and the right path, and you are feeling confusion about what that one right is, that is another trap. Shift your mindset around decision-making to allow the clarity you seek.
- If you find yourself confused about the specifics of your desire or confused about how to get what you want, the key is to go more general and focus on the essence of what you want.
- One of my favorites to move from confusion into clarity is to mind my own business. The moment I mind my own business, I feel so much more aligned with clarity. The same will be true for you when you stop leaking your energy by not minding your own business.
Allow your mind to relax, finding solace and peace. Clarity and harmony reside within us.
And as Louise Hay beautifully affirms: “I release all my confusion, distrust, and fear. I accept clarity, trust, and love.”
